As we all know any kind of heat you use for your hair (hair equipment) such as straightening iron,electric curlers,stylers and blow dry etc.they are not good for your hair.daily use of them can damage your hair. Moreover,makes them appear rough and dry.before using any heat equipment to your hair apply heat protectant spray of a good quality which can protect your hair from heat either use a hair serum for shiny and healthy hair.
use your hair styling equipment once a week,there are so many heat free hairstyles such as fish tail,pony tail,simple braids and messy bun.these elegant hairstyles give you a classy and casual look.try to avoid those products which can easily damages your hair and also causes split ends.trim your hair once a month for healthy looking hair. 
WASH YOUR HAIR TWO OR THREE TIMES A WEEK.daily use of shampoo can damages your hair because it contains most of the chemicals which are harmful for your scalp

  every girl wants long,shinny and healthy hair.we all know protein is essential for our diet.it is also good for our hair.Eat healthy food which contains proteins elements because protein gives our hair strength and healthy looking hair.avoid junk food!
D.I.Y:
   ingredients.EGG AND YOGURT
 egg and yogurt contains proteins .take 1 egg and  2 table spoons of yogurt mix them in a bowl stir it well.apply this mask to your hair for 30 mins.

get rid of dandruff: 

ingredients:mustard oil and turmeric 
make a mixture of these two ingredients.apply it to your scalp. 
oil your hair once a week for shinny hair otherwise if you don't like oiling your hair use conditioner which contains protein,

dye hair :

 use good quality hair dye products.don't dye your hair frequently.because it contains harmful chemicals.excess of everything is bad. offcourse  dying your hair change your entire personality and appearance.
after u dyed your hair wash your hair with cold water because warm water opens up your pores and dye chemicals enters the pores which will stop the growth of your hair.
